Russia’s ALROSA, Bashneft sale agents to receive up to 2% reward
MOSCOW, Jun 20 (PRIME) -- VTB Capital and Sberbank CIB, the investment consultants for privatization of Russian oil company Bashneft and diamond mining giant ALROSA respectively, will receive commissions amounting to no more than 2% of the price of the deals, according to documents seen by PRIME on Monday.
Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said earlier that the government may sell its entire 50% stake in Bashneft on the stock exchange. Ulyukayev also said earlier that the ministry received two written bids for Bashneft from Tatneftegaz and Independent Oil and Gas Company and one verbal bid from oil major Lukoil.
The Russian government aims to sell a 10.9% stake in ALROSA sometime in July–August for over 50 billion rubles, according to earlier statements.
